4.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be there to accept delivery of goods/ or collection of your bag – which will be between 8am and 7pm Monday-Friday.
4.6 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

If no re-delivery is scheduled by yourself, the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
4.11 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
4.12 Free delivery is available on orders over £60. Otherwise, delivery of small packages is set at £4.99 and large packages at £7.99.
5. Cancellation and Returns
5.1 This policy does not apply to goods ordered by customers whom are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.
5.2 For online shop bought goods, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery of goods. To do this, please phone, e-mail or write to us. Goods will need to be returned to us, within 7 days, in an ‘as new’ condition, complete with original packaging, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Service (shipping) contracts are refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, so long as your collection date is not within 14 days. Service (shipping) contracts are non-refundable after 24 hours. If you need to make changes to your shipping service, please inform the GOLFDROP team.
5.3 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
5.4 If you fail to return the goods, we will be unable to cancel the contract or issue a refund
5.5 If a refund is applicable, we will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract.
5.6 We are not liable for any loss earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries/ shipments.
5.7 We reserve the right to refuse replacements on any damaged items reported to us outside of two working days. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
6. Faulty Goods
6.1 If there is a problem with GOLFDROP shop goods, please notify us by phone, email or in writing providing details of the problem. In addition, you must provide us with a digital photograph of the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For damages to your property that have arisen through our shipping service, please refer to Section 7 – Liability & CDV.
6.2 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until either an indicative digital image is supplied by the customer, or the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
6.3 If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance, you will have the option of a refund on the item(s).

7. Liability & CDV
GOLFDROP shall have no liability for damage to, or loss of, packages or Sporting Goods resulting from poor packaging, failure to lock, failure to acquire insurance, or failure to require signature upon delivery. We shall have no liability for any loss of, or damage, to any shipment and any damages caused by a delay in the shipping of your bag, to the extent such loss, damage or delay is attributable to a third party that (a) provides shipping and/or transport services; (b) receives shipment from GOLFDROP or UPS; and/or (c) provides, or is responsible for providing, the shipment to GOLFDROP or UPS for transit.
7.1 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.
7.2 The shipping insurance options available at checkout are provided solely by our primary carrier – UPS. It is at your discretion whether you choose to take this insurance, use an alternative provider or choose not to insure your shipment. If you have purchased insurance (UPS carrier liability) at the checkout – the following terms apply to you:
7.2.1 You must select the level of cover that is, to the best of your knowledge, the real value of the goods or the real estimate of the damages which would be suffered in case of damage or loss.
7.2.2 In the event of partial loss or damage to a package in a UPS worldwide Express Fright Shipment, UPS shall be liable only for the value of the contents of the package lost or damaged, and not the value of the full shipment. For purposes of this Agreement the term ‘per conveyance’ shall mean any and all packages and/or pallets of the Customer, regardless of quantity and/or value, shipped with UPS and which are being transported in the same transportation vehicle and/or vessel.
7.2.3 Reimbursement for proven damages up to the limits of liability set per the chosen level of cover shall be Customer’s sole remedy for loss or damage in connection with any shipment subject to this Agreement.
7.2.4 In no event shall UPS be liable to Customer for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or purely economic losses (such as the costs of any alternative means of transport, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or loss of revenue resulting from loss of use or damages or other sums payable to third parties) arising from any loss of, damage or delay to a package, pallet or shipment or arising out of this Agreement, whether or not a value has been declared in respect of the relevant shipment and regardless of whether UPS is advised in advance of possibility of such damages.
7.2.5 The following conditions must be strictly complied with in order for this Agreement to apply to any package or pallet
– This Agreement applies only to physical loss and damage to the following products whilst being shipped by UPS: Sporting Goods
– Product must be shipped in a box or pallet which displays no indication of contents on the box, pallet or shipping label. Details of brands, product type or an indication of shipment contents must not be displayed on the box, pallet or shipping label.
– You must lock your bag for transit, a cable tie would be appropriate.
7.2.6 Should you need to make a claim, please initially contact the team on help@golfdrop.co.uk
8. Rates and Rate Adjustments
Rates generated on the GOLFDROP website are based upon the information provided by you at the time of enquiry. Final rates will be determined upon the actual weights and dimensions of each bag that is shipped and verified by our third-party carrier, UPS. A shipment’s dimensions are calculated by auditing the widest point of the length, depth and width. If the actual weight or dimensions of the shipment exceeds the maximum allowed, rates will be adjusted to reflect the audited weight and dimensions. You are responsible for all handling fees charged by a pickup or delivery location, such as a hotel, resort, golf facility or carrier store. All charges and fees will be charged to the credit card that was used to process the original shipment.
You acknowledge and agree that the final charges applicable to your shipment may not be known by GOLFDROP, or charged to you, until GOLFDROP receives their final invoice from UPS – this may be up to 4 weeks from shipment date. We reserve the right to charge any additional charges to your credit card (or other form of payment we have on file) upon our receipt of the final invoice from the third-party shipping company, without obtaining additional authorisation from you.
