Are we a data processor?

We must process your personal data in order to provide our services. Our primary service is to ship your clubs across Europe and provide associated equipment through our e-commerce shop. Under UK law, we do so as a Data Controller. We have the necessary Data Protection Agreements with our third-party Data Processors (who process our payments) and these are available on request.

What information do we collect?

Whilst you are visiting the site, registering, making a booking or completing shop transaction with us, signing up to our mailing list or contacting one of our support services– we may collect, use and store your personal data. We may do this in a number of ways including; direct interactions – where you provide personal data by filling out an online form or corresponding with us, automatic interactions – where we collect technical data regarding your use of the site and through third-party sources such as Google Analytics. This data may include:

Data to do with your identity – such as your title, name, username and gender. Data to do with the profile you have created – such as your username and associated password, feedback responses and any preferences you have chosen or indicated. Data to do with your contact details – such as your postal address, phone number(s) and email address. Technical data that we collect from the way you use our site – such as your login details, browser type, internet protocol (IP) address, time zone location, browser plug-in types and the operating system and platform you are using alongside other technology on the devices you use to access our site. Data demonstrating your marketing preferences and the way we communicate with you – such as your chosen marketing and communication preferences, including your choices to do with our chosen third parties. We will also group data we collect about the way you use our site into this – this includes how you use our site and the services it offers.

How do we use your information?

We’re committed to only using your data within the bounds of current legislation. This will usually (but not be limited to) include – where we need to process your data as part of a transaction ie where we are entering or have entered a contract with you. Where we need to comply with a legal obligation and when we are within the scope of our legitimate interests (or those of our third-party partners) but not outside of your best interests and fundamental rights. Such services include; personalisation of content, account set-up and administration, delivering marketing and events communication, fulfilling our contractual obligation to you and meeting legal requirements.

We take data protection very seriously and have internal policies which set out employee obligations with regards to their roles in protecting your data.

We accept no responsibility on behalf of those third-parties and we are not responsible for their individual privacy statements and policies. Your rights in relation to your personal data

In line with GDPR, you can request access to your personal data, make a correction to the data we hold, or have your details removed from our systems. Should you wish to do this, please do get in touch via one of the methods listed above.
There may be instances where we aren’t able to fulfil your request – such as if you ask us to delete data that we are required to keep by law.
