GOLFDROP is the new service making golf bag shipping easier than ever before, and enabling club free travel to golfers travelling around Europe. No longer do you have to rely on airlines to look after your bags–now you can travel light, saving money on hold luggage while not having to worry about losing your favourite clubs.
Fast registration
All you need to do is register on our site–which takes no longer than 5 minutes–and follow the instructions. Click on any of the Ship My Bag buttons located throughout the website and complete the required fields, making sure the pickup, destination and number of bags are filled out correctly. Once you have created your booking, GOLFDROP will send a confirmation email including download links so you can print all your shipping labels.
If this is your first time using GOLFDROP we’ll send you your registration details, which you can use to review your bookings at any time and print off new labels. All newly registered customers will also be sent our welcome pack which includes secure shipping tags.
Now it’s time to prepare your golf clubs. They will need to be packed in either a golf travel bag, hard case or strong corrugated box. Please note, our carriers will not accept clubs that aren’t in a suitable container, such as a golf bag with the rain hood on.
Premium and budget golf bag shipping available
If you don’t have a carrier to put your clubs in, don’t worry! GOLFDROP offers both budget and premium covers, which can be purchased at anytime from your account and are often available at hugely discounted prices compared to high street retailers.
If you opted to have your clubs collected, the logistics carrier will pick up your equipment on the date you selected when booking. It’s important to ensure that your clubs are properly packed, labelled and available for the driver to collect. If you elected to drop your equipment off you can use the access point search to find your nearest location for drop off.
Track your golf clubs
Your booking confirmation email will include your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your clubs. Use your tracking link or enter your tracking number directly on the courier’s website for up-to-date information along with maps. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to update their systems with your bag, so don’t panic if you can’t find it right away.
GOLFDROP can pick up your clubs from anywhere in Europe, whether it’s your home, office or golf course. You also have the option to drop off your bag at any of our access points–whatever’s easier for you.
You can also choose insurance at the checkout to cover your clubs while they’re in transit. GOLFDROP offers a standard and an express service. The express service will get your clubs to over 80% of destinations across Europe within the next working day.
